Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the clarification letter forwarded by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.2497/A2/2015 dated 01/10/2015 and the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 05/06/2015 in the light of enquiry report submitted by the 2nd respondent in R.C.No.6372/B2/2015 dated 20/07/2015 and consequently cancel the approval of promotion to the post of PG Assistant (Tamil) granted in favour of 5th respondent issued by 3rd respondent in Pa.Mu.No.309(a)/2012 dated 13/09/2012 and to promote the petitioner to the post of PG Assistant (Tamil) with effect from 01/06/2012 with all consequential and other attendant benefits, within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
