This petition is filed to permit the petitioners to effect substituted service in respect of third respondent by effecting paper publication.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we permit the petitioners to effect substituted service against third respondent by causing paper publication in one Tamil daily in the area where the said respondent resides for the hearing of the matter on 24.07.2023.

Paper publication is to be effected on or before 16.07.2023 and proof has to be filed with the Registry on or before 19.07.2023.

Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed accordingly.

Post the appeal on 24.07.2023.
