ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 22.02.2015 and investigate the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 3.It is seen that petitioner's brother-in-law's wife is residing in the said house and she is not vacating the house. The respondent police cannot involve into this complaint since it leads to interference of the personal rights of the parties. Therefore, the direction sought for by the petitioner cannot be issued to the respondent police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
