This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner, who is the first respondent in the writ appeal, to implead the proposed respondents as respondents 3 and 4 in the writ appeal.
Heard Mr.P.Nethaji, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.Y.Kavitha, learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2.
Satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and in view of the no objection given by learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2, the proposed parties are impleaded as respondents 3 and 4 in the writ appeal.
The civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
Mr.Rajesh Vivekananthan, learned Deputy Solicitor-General, accepts notice on behalf of respondents 3 and 4.
The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the writ appeal.
