ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider his representation dated 17.12.2014 for regularizing his service as Instrument Supervisor in the 3rd respondent Sugar Mill within a stipulated time.

2. Mr.R. Bala Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents and submitted that in respect of the petitioner, other writ petitions are also filed before this court and the orders were passed against the petitioner and therefore, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the representation given by the petitioner cannot be decided in his favour.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given a representation on 17.12.2014, the respondents have not considered the same yet and hence, the respondents 2 and 3 may be directed to dispose of the said representation in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
