This petition is filed to bring on record the proposed petitioners 6 to 9 as the legal heirs of the deceased first appellant, namely, Veerabadhrappa.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 5.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 5 has no serious objection for allowing this petition.

4. Taking into consideration the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit and the submissions of the learned counsel for both sides, this Court is satisfied that the proposed parties are the legal heirs of the deceased first appellant. Petitioners 6 to 9, namely, Uchamma, Umapathi, Madesh and Kamala are impleaded as the legal heirs of the deceased first appellant.

5. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed. Registry to carry out the necessary amendments.
