the order passed in W.P.No.15561 of 2006 dated 10.03.2008, W.A.No.690 of 2008 dated 13.10.2009 and W.P.No.23374 of 2008 dated 30.10.2009 and W.A.No.607 of 2010 dated 29.03.2010 and confer all consequential benefits.

For Petitioners : Mr.G.Chandrasekar (In both W.Ps) For Respondents : Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal (In both W.Ps) Government Advocate COMMON ORDER Considering the limited nature of prayer in these writ petitions, these Writ Petitions are disposed by directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representations dated 10.06.2019, 26.12.2019 of the petitioners after considering the decision of this Court in W.P.No.23374 of 2008 dated 30.10.2009 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case, the petitioners are entitled for any relief as prayed for, the second respondent shall implement the same within the aforesaid period as well.

2. These writ petitions stand disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
