PRAYER Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to pay the salary of the petitioner including arrears of salary in the revised pay scale of Rs. 56100-177500 (level 22) with effect from 26.02.2020 as sanctioned vide G. O Ms No. 70 dated 26.02.2020 issued by the respondent No. 1 state within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this honourable court. For Petitioner(s):

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to pay the salary of the petitioner including arrears of salary in the revised pay scale of Rs. 56100-177500 (level 22) with effect from 26.02.2020 as sanctioned vide G. O Ms No. 70 dated 26.02.2020 issued by the respondent No. 1.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation on 01.02.2021 to the 3 rd respondent demanding payment of the petitioner's salary in pay scale sanctioned vide G.O.Ms.No.70 dated 26.02.2020. Since no communication received from the respondent, the petitioner had sent the 2 nd representation on 27.08.2024 to the 3 rd respondent.
The learned counsel would further submit that the 3 rd respondent forwarded the
petitioner's representation to the 2 nd respondent. It is the submission of the petitioner that the 2 nd respondent has to pass orders based upon the letter dated 06.09.2024 of the 3 rd respondent.
3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate would fairly submit that they will consider the petitioner's representation within a reasonable time.
4. In such view of the matter, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2024 and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
