This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9153 of 2024, dated 25.04.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9153 of 2024, dated 25.04.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tiruppathur on every Tuesday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
