This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.2078 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kallakurichi Police Station, Villupuram District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.2078 of 2020 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.49 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Kallakurichi.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government

Advocate (Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
