ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records in I.D.No.494/2002 on the file of the 1st respondent dated 08.11.2013, quash the same and issue a consequential direction directing the 2nd respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with full back wages and other attendant benefit.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and in support of his submission, he filed joint memo dated 17.04.2023 signed by both the parties.

3.In view of the Joint Memo filed, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as settled out of the Court. The above Joint Memo shall form part and parcel of the order. No costs.
