C.M.P.No.15288 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement of the appeal caused by the death of the first respondent. 2.C.M.P.No.15291 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 3 to 6, legal representatives of the deceased first respondent as the respondents 3 to 6 in the civil miscellaneous appeal.

3.C.M.P.No.15291 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 2095 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement of the appeal caused by the death of the first respondent. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant. Though service on the second respondent was effected through paper publication and his name appeared in the cause list, there is no representation for the second respondent.
