PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to direct the respondent police to conduct proper investigation and file a final report under Section 173 of Criminal Procedure Code in Crime No.450 of 2020 on the file of Inspector of Police, Valathy Police Station, Villupuram.

O R D E R

(through Video Conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the respondent police to conduct proper investigation and file a final report under Section 173 of Criminal Procedure Code in Crime No.450 of 2020 on the file of Inspector of Police, Valathy Police Station, Villupuram. 2.Heard Mr.M.Balaji, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mrs.M.Prabhavathi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent. 3.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would submit that in respect of the petition mentioned Crime Number i.e.,Cr.No.450 of 2020, the respondent police had completed the investigation and filed final report on 08.06.2020 before the Judicial Magistrate -I, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Gingee. He would further submit that the said final report has also been taken on file in C.C.No.134 of 2020 by the learned Judicial Magistrate and the same is pending for trial. The said submission is recorded.

4.Hence, in view of the above, nothing survives in this Petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
