2. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking issuance of no criminal case pending certificate for getting passport enabling him to pursue medical course abroad.

3. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is arrayed as A6 in S.C.No.86 of 2019 which is pending trial before the Special Court for SC/ST Act cases, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Thiruvannamalai District. The case is now posted for serving copies on 25.11.2019 before the trial court.

4. In view of the submissions made above, nothing further survives in this petition for further adjudication, hence the same is dismissed. Consequently, connected M.P.Nos.1 & 2 of 2014 are closed.
