M.VISHNU VENKATESH, Advocate for 3 to 7 Respondents, the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to order substituted service as against the 1st respondent, viz., Mrs.Kausalya, by way of paper publication in one issue of any local daily newspaper.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered.

4. The petitioner/appellant is permitted to effect notice to the first respondent viz., Mrs.Kausalya through paper publication in one of Tamil dailies having wide circulation in Chennai, namely, "Dinamalar", duly mentioning the date of hearing as 06.01.2022.

4. Post the matter on 06.01.2022.
