JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) These writ appeals have been directed against the impugned common order dated 31.01.2022 passed in Writ Petition Nos. 28420 of 2010 & 3936 of 2011, wherein the learned single Judge has given liberty to the appellant/writ petitioner to submit a fresh application for consideration of his request for renewal of licence. Equally the respondents were also given liberty to initiate appropriate action in all other issues if any exist.
2. When the impugned order is clear in explicit terms, as mentioned above, we do not find any justification to entertain the writ appeals. Therefore, the writ appeals are dismissed. Consequently, C.M.P.Nos.22612 & 22622 of 2022 are also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Speaking/Non speaking order (T.R.,A.C.J.) (D.B.C.,J.) Index : yes/no 02.01.2023 ss
