ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) This petition to grant leave has been instituted to implead the Tamilnadu Habitat Development Board as the proposed 3rd respondent in W.P.No.25423 of 2017 and in Review Application SR.No.65627 of 2022.

2. Admittedly, the petitioner herein is not a party respondent in the writ petition. When the final order in the writ petition has been passed, thereafter, a review has been filed by the writ petitioner. The petitioner herein, the Tamilnadu Habit Development Board seeks impleadment in the review petition as a party respondent in the review petition. Impleading the Board in the review petition would be improper, since they are not a party in the writ
