This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 8(d) imposed by this Court upon the petitioner/appellant in Crl.M.P.Nos.827 & 828 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.99 of 2024 vide order dated 14.03.2024, to appear before the trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Mr.Santhosh, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

Being satisfied with the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered and the condition 8(d) imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.Nos.827 & 828 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.99 of 2024 vide order dated 14.03.2024, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
