Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's Senior Grade in English typewriting passed on Feb 2010 in first class with Distinction at Certificate No.575941 instead of Junior grade in English typewriting selected in technical qualification column which was changed in technical error as Junior Grade in English along with marks obtained in the written examination conducted by the 2nd respondent on 25.08.2013 in pursuant to the notification published on 14.06.2013 in Advertisement No.9/2013 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to prepare the fresh rank list by including the petitioner's [Registration No.070150034] in Group IV services for the year 2013-14 in pursuant to the notification published on 14.06.2013 in Advertisement No.9/2013 and for consequential orders.

2. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above. this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
