O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed seeking the relief of writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the 3rd respondent for her dereliction of duty by considering petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2025.

2. Heard Mr.N.Ponraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Sasikumar, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation dated 21.04.2025 raising certain allegations against the 3rd respondent. At this juncture, the learned counsel would further submit that in pursuance of his representation, now the first respondent has issued summons to the petitioner vide summons dated 22.05.2025.

4. In view of the above submission, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the District Registrar to make 2/4

all endeavour to complete the enquiry, after giving due notice to the 3rd respondent and pass order according to it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
