COMMON ORDER C.M.P.No.19946 of 2023 has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1202 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased 3rd respondent in C.R.P.No.1749 of 2019, while C.M.P.Nos.19949 and 19953 of 2023 have been filed to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 3rd respondent as party respondents 5 and 6 in C.R.P.No.1749 of 2019.

2. Similarly, C.M.P.No.19952 of 2023 has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1202 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased 1st respondent in C.R.P.No.1750 of 2019, while C.M.P.Nos.19956 and 19958 of 2023 have been filed to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent as party respondents 3 to 5 in C.R.P.No.1750 of 2019.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions and the submissions of the learned counsel, this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned for the delay.
