Against this petition, Caveat and supporting affidavit were filed by the Caveator. As per order of this Court, the Original Petition No.949 of 2018 was converted into Testamentary Original Suit No.11 of 2019.

JUDGMENT

When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the plaintiff and the learned counsel for the defendant are present along with their respective parties. The learned counsel on either side submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties. Pursuant to the same, they have filed a Joint Compromise Memo dated 22.02.2025 which has been duly signed by them and their respective counsel. The said Joint Compromise Memo is recorded.
