PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under section II of the contempt of court Act 1971 praying to punish the Respondents for willfully and wantonly disobeying the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 14.11.2018 in W.P.No.23468 of 2018.

It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that the order of the Writ Court dated 14.11.2018 has been appeal by them in W.A.No.4131 of 2019. While that being so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to simultaneously proceed with the Contempt Petition as against the order of the Writ Court.

In view of the Writ appeal have been filed and said to be pending, this Contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies subject to the out come of the Writ Appeal.
