This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 72 days in filing the above C.M.A. against the judgment and decree dated 24.10.2024 made in M.C.O.P.No.151 of 2015 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (Special District Court for Motor Accident Claims Tribunal) Krishnagiri.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.J.Michael Visuvasam, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition stands ordered and consequently, the delay of 72 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the matter for admission in due course.
