This Contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order made in W.P. No.34702 of 2012 dated 21.12.2017.

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned standing counsel for the respondent 1 and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 2&3 submitted that the order dated 21.12.2017 passed by this Court in W.P. No.34702 of 2012 has been complied with. A copy of the proceedings in G.O.(Ms) No.192 dated 16.12.2020 of the Higher Education

(11) Department, has been produced before this Court wherein it is stated that the petitioner was appointed as Assistant Professor in Government College of Engineering, Bodinayakkanur.
