This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to set aside the order made in Crl.MP.No.646 of 2021 dated 26.07.2021 in Spl.S.C.No.27 of 2020 pending trial on the file of the Spl. Court for POCSO Cases at Cuddalore.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that in this case investigation has been completed, charge sheet has also been filed and the case was taken on file and the accused are convicted.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter and hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
