O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner furnished a copy of the orders passed in SLP(Civil) Diary No.28217 of 2022, dated 31.10.2022, wherein an appeal filed by the Commissioner of Land Reforms was dismissed. Subsequently, the Commissioner of Land Reforms implemented the order passed by the High Court in proceedings dated 07.08.2023.

2. Accordingly, patta was granted to be issued in favour of the writ petitioner. Since patta was directed to be issued in favour of the writ petitioner, the petitioner is to secure patta from the competent authority and produces the same before the Registering Authority for the purpose of completing the process of registration.

3. In the event of producing any such patta, the impugned order of the reversal is to be cancelled and accordingly, the documents presented by the petitioner is to be registered by following the procedures.

4. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
