This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 03.05.2023 made by the petitioner and to initiate action in accordance with law with respect to the administration and control of Arulmighu Adhi Narayana Perumal and Mariamman Temple situated at Okkilipatti Village, Namakkal District. 2.Heard Mr.A.Ashwinkumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.S.Yaswanth, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 1st and 2nd respondents submitted that pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner, a preliminary enquiry has already been conducted. The learned Additional Government Pleader further submitted that a response will be given

to the petitioner for the representation made by the petitioner on 03.05.2023. 4.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader, it will suffice if a direction is given to the 2nd respondent to send the response for the representation made by the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
