ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint dated 12/02/2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. It is seen that an accident took place on 12.09.2014, in which, it is stated that the petitioner and the pillion rider were seriously injured. According to the petitioner, he was admitted in the hospital and when he came out of the hospital, he was shocked to learn that an FIR has been registered in crime No.876 of 2014 against him. According to him, the driver of the Car, who has been the complainant in Crime No.876 of 014 should have been made as an accused.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the documents, from which, it is clear that the petitioner who was driving the two wheeler had dashed on the rear side of the car and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

had fallen and sustained injuries. Therefore, no FIR can be registered on the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.02.2015. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
