(Order of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to the memo issued in F.No.15684/K6/2015 dated 21.11.2015 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.
3. It appears that the writ petitioner has challenged the show cause notice seeking explanation from the petitioner with regard to the genuineness of the community certificate produced by her.
4. Now, it is represented on behalf of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner has complied with the show cause notice and hence, the writ petition becomes infructuous.
5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. ssk.
