They have filed the present petition seeking permission to withdraw 1/4th share amount of Rs.15,20,000/- each which is the arrears of rent deposited by the BPCL, the second respondent herein, for the period of 01.01.2009 to 12.11.2018.

2.This Court Vide order dated 06.04.2022 in W.P.No.34780 of 2018 had directed the BPCL to vacate the premises and handover the possession to the petitioner therein on or before 31.12.2022. Further, it was directed to disburse the arrears of rent on or before 31.05.2022.
