ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to furnish the documents related to Arulmigu Patteshwar Swamy Temple, Perur, Coimbatore based on my RTI application dated 09.12.2023, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court and pass orders accordingly.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relevant documents related to Arulmigu Patteshwar Swamy Temple, sought by the petitioner have been issued by the respondents. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
