Public prosecutor submits that on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.340 of 2014 which is pending trial before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvannamalai for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506I99) IPC. 4. In view of the submissions made above, nothing further survives in this petition for further adjudication, hence the same is dismissed. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed.
