ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to furnish sureties as stipulated in Crl.O.P.No.5501 of 2020 dated on 12.03.2020 within a period of 15days from the date of receipt of copy of the same.

2.This Court had granted Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner on 12.03.2020 on condition that the petitioner shall surrender and execute the bond before the concerned court within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. The order has been lapsed by efflux of time, therefore extension of time cannot be granted.

3.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed by granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh anticipatory bail application.
