Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the entire records of the third respondent in its proceeding in Letter No.N.T.R.7/373/2019 dated 05.08.2021 and to quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents 1 and 3, to de-seal the property bearing New Door No.38, Old No.45, Masthan Thottam, 5th Main Road, C.I.T.Nagar, Nandanam, Chennai - 600 035, by making due allotment to the petitioner and take necessary steps to execute Sale Deed in favour of the petitioner, through the 2nd respondent, by collecting the arrears of rent in installments, considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2021.
