This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed to amend cause title that the 3rd respondent is as the Inspector of Police, R-4, Sulur Police Station, Sulur, Trichy Road, Coimbatore District-641 402 instead of the Inspector of Police, E -1, Singanallur police Station, Trichy Road, Coimbatore-641 005.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment and list the matter after two weeks.
