ORDER

The petitioner has sought for transfer of patta placing reliance upon the document No.536 of 1991 for the property situated in Pallagacheri Village. The application made on 26.01.2015 is followed by a representation dated 07.09.2015. In the subsequent representation, the petitioner has sought for measurement of the land, subdivision of the same and issuance of patta. On its non consideration, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Considering the same, the respondent No.3 is directed to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation dated 07.09.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording opportunity to the petitioner.
