..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the First Respondent to consider the petitioners' petition dated 02.12.2024 vide reference 10575981 forthwith and direct the Fourth Respondent to implement the order bearing No.N.M.NO.2065/2024/A3 dated 18.09.2024 and consequently effect mutation and change of patta in respect of the land measuring 0.20.5 hectares comprised

in patta No.379, S.F. No.188/1 in the names of the petitioners. For Petitioner(s):

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 02.12.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have made a representation dated 02.12.2024 before the respondents to implement the order bearing No.N.M.No.2065/2024/A3 dated 18.09.2024 and consequently effect mutation and change of patta in respect of the land measuring 0.20.5 hectares comprised in patta No.379, S.F. No.188/1 in the names of the petitioners. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioners' representation dated 02.12.2024 will be considered within a period of eight weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to dispose of the petitioners' representation dated 02.12.2024, after issuing due notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved persons, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight

(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
