O R D E R

With the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. Heard Mr.S.Pushpakaran , learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 3 and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned counsel accepted notice for the second respondent.

3.It is not disputed by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 3 that the legal issue involved in this Writ Petition is covered by the recent decision of the Hon'ble Division Bench in the case of N.NOOR AHMED & ORS v. THE STATE OF TAMIL NADU AND ORS [W.P.Nos.18397 of 2014 ETC.BATCH DT.30.09.2014].

4.In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of on the same terms and whatever protection given in the aforesaid order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench, shall also accrue to the petitioner herein. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
