This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.49 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent to any other competent investigation officer within the jurisdiction of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the second respondent has already completed the investigation in connection with Cr.No.49 of 2019 and the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has been closed as further action dropped on 14.12.2019. Thereafter, final report has been filed before the concerned jurisdiction.
