(CRIME NO.144/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.10937/2022 on 11.05.2022 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in two weeks at 10.30 am, until further orders, pending investigation in Manavalanagar P.S Crime No.144/22 on the file of the Respondent Police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.PRINCE PREMKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.10937 of 2022 on 11.05.2022 to appear before the respondent police once in two weeks at 10.30 a.m., until further orders

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for an interrogation.
