This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondent to file the final Report based on the First Information Report dated 30.08.2015 in Crime No.386 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation in Crime No.386 of 2015 has been completed and Final Report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Thirtuttani, on 21.09.2016 and the same has been taken on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the same, the criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruttani and pass appropriate orders on the final report filed by the Inspector of Police,D-1, Thirtuttani.
