COMMON PRAYER:- Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd Respondent relating to the impugned order of disqualification under section 164 (2) dated 17.12.2018, uploaded and hosted on the website of the 1st Respondent on 18.12.2018 in so far as the petitioners herein are concerned and quash the status "Disqualified under Section 164(2)" against his Director Identification Number (DIN Nos.06666642 and 05226693 respectively) as illegal, arbitrary and devoid of merits and consequentially direct the Respondents herein to permit the petitioner to get reappointed as Director of any Company or appointed as Director in any company or to act as Director in any Active Company without any hindrance.

For Petitioners : No Appearance For Respondents : M/s.A.Anuradha Central Government Standing Counsel C O M M O N O R D E R On 29.11.2021, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on record for the petitioner submitted that he has not filed these petitions before this Court. 2. Today, even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal' there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, these writ petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
