[RESPONDENTS] PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the second respondent in connection with the impugned order of notification issued in Dhina Malar dated 01.07.2015 and to quash the same as illegally arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in service with all service benefits.

Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
