O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for his wilful disobedience and non-compliance of the orders of this Court 1/3

in Crl.O.P.No.5404 of 2020, dated 09.03.2020 under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act, thereby completing the investigation in Crime No.203 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that due to COVID-19 Pandemic circumstances, the respondent could not able to complete the investigation. However, the respondent now completed the entire investigation and likely to file the final report.

3. Considering the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the respondent is directed to file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
