This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.17975 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.868 of 2018 dated 27.12.2018.

2.The learned Special Public Prosecutor (CBI) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is regularly complying the condition.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed and further the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned XII Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai once in every six months, starting from January 2024.
