This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.11.2013 and file final report. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint dated 23.11.2013 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.104 of 2013.

4. On a reading of the complaint dated 23.11.2013, it is seen that this petitioner had paid money to the opposite party for the purchase of Foreign Camera but he did not purchase the Camera. The transaction entirely appears to be money dispute. Therefore, no positive direction can be given to the respondent police to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner.

Hence, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
