Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner dated 09.08.2018 and to grant crop insurance claim for the petitioner's agricultural land that have been insured by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent covered under 'Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) scheme for the year 2016-2017 in Sembai Block of Nagapattinam District, within a time frame fixed by this Court.
