ORDER

This writ petition has been filed praying to issue a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.04.2026, subsequently appoint a competent authority to conduct an enquiry into this matter in accordance with law 2.

According to the petitioner, on a day, the petitioner received a phone call from the second respondent that a complaint had been lodged by his wife against him. Therefore, the petitioner proceeded towards the second respondent's police station along with his children. At that time, the third respondent along with the fourth respondent and another obstructed him in front of the police station and brutally attacked him, thereby the petitioner sustained injuries. Thereafter, he was admitted in a hospital. In this regard, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the police station concerned. However, no action was taken. Thereafter, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 27.04.2026 in this regard. Even then, no action has been taken so far.

Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.04.2026, after issuance of notice to the petitioner & counter parties and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, and to pass appropriate orders on the said representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
