This petition has been filed seeking for police protection to conduct cultural program on 02.08.2019. 2.There is absolutely no proof for sending the representation to the respondent police.

3.In view of the above, the direction as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court and it is left open to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondent police seeking for permission to conduct cultural program.
